Strict 75 Mile Radius from address on the traveler's DRIVER's License to hospital. Please send that address (not what's on their forms) on the submit email as I can't proceed till I have checked it. Experience: Min 2 years in specialty. • # beds 44, staff 40 • Certs BLS required, NIHSS required (both must be AHA) • Ratios 1:5, possibly 1:6 for both days and nights • EMR Meditech, experience preferred but not required • Nurse Aides- Yes, CNA's 1:8, generally 1:10, do get as sitters • Shifts 6:45-7:15, all 12 hours • Weekend Requirement- Every Other • Holidays- As needed • Scrub Color- Caribbean Blue • Tele- Yes but monitored on different unit. • Floating - Yes, to all acute care and cardio to take care of medical, or EC for acute care patient holds • General Orientation- 1 week (includes EMR training) • Floor specific orientation- 2 days Hospital Sizzle: • Albany GA is a population of 80,000 • 175 miles to Atlanta. • 88 miles to Tallahassee FL • 134 miles to Shell Point Beach FL Housing: BDE visited these properties in May 2018, and all are gated, safe, clean and regularly have availability. • Princeton Place- ask for Della • Summer Lane- ask for Amy • Creekwood- • Greystone- • Hotel- Merry Acres Inn- Will give a $60/night rate if they mention that they are on contract at Phoebe Putney.
