Description

This position is for a leadership role as a Clinic Director in Charlotte, North Carolina. The hire would provide leadership over a brand-new de novo clinic opening within the next six months. This clinic will be part of an already well-established Physical Therapy company located in North Carolina.

Position: Clinic Director (Physical Therapy)

Location: Charlotte, NC (Exact clinic location will be decided upon by hire and leadership collaboratively)
Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy
Shifts: Monday to Friday, Dayshift
Optional: Partnership opportunity within the company
Required: 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
Preferred: Experience as a PT Clinic Director
Salary: $95,000 - $100,000 base with a generous incentive plan (up to $2,000/monthly), additional incentives if interested in a partnership opportunity
