Radiation Therapist – Travel Contract Job
Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee
Assignment Length: 12 weeks
Schedule: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist for a travel contract job in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This is a great opportunity to work with advanced treatment technology while enjoying a scenic city known for its outdoor recreation, riverfront views, and vibrant downtown.
Job Responsibilities
• Deliver radiation therapy treatments according to physician prescriptions and treatment plans
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment safely and accurately
• Position and immobilize patients for precise treatment delivery
• Monitor patients during treatment and report any concerns to the care team
• Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation
• Follow all radiation safety and quality assurance protocols
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of Radiation Therapist experience required
• ARRT (T) certification required
• Experience with TrueBeam, Novalis, and Halcyon machines required
• BLS (AHA) preferred or required by facility
• Required: Tennessee license, or willingness to obtain
• Strong patient care, communication, and teamwork skills
