3+ years of OT experience, behavioral health preferred (experience must be within the last 3 months) - [REQUIRED]
Licensed by the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) - [REQUIRED]
Behavioral Health experience and age groups must be listed on the resume - [REQUIRED]
Must be willing to float to other units and take-charge shifts - [REQUIRED]
Will consider first time travelers

RTO cannot exceed 7 days - [REQUIRED]
OT skills checklist from within the last year - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
2 supervisory references from last 2 years of employment - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
Active Vermont or Compact license - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
Active American Health Association BLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
Driver's license or candidates address must be included in the submission packet (35 miles or less will result in rate decrease) - [REQUIRED]
