Description
Submission Requirements
- 3+ years of OT experience, behavioral health preferred (experience must be within the last 3 months) - [REQUIRED]
- Licensed by the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) - [REQUIRED]
- Behavioral Health experience and age groups must be listed on the resume - [REQUIRED]
- Must be willing to float to other units and take-charge shifts - [REQUIRED]
- Will consider first time travelers
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
- Resume with all age groups listed - [REQUIRED]
- RTO cannot exceed 7 days - [REQUIRED]
- OT skills checklist from within the last year - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- 2 supervisory references from last 2 years of employment - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Active Vermont or Compact license - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Active American Health Association BLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Driver's license or candidates address must be included in the submission packet (35 miles or less will result in rate decrease) - [REQUIRED]

- CPI - offered onsite; please confirm at time of submission
- Please outline what patient populations your traveler has experience with.
