Description

Type of patients: Adult neuro, cognitive, dysphagia.
Would prefer therapist who works in the OP environment to have Vital stim and LSVT certification. EPIC experience preferred as this is used for documentation.

Masters level degree in Speech Language Pathology is required

Performs professional duties related to patient care in order to restore the patient to his or her optimal level of independence and function.

Required Documents:

AHA BLS

SLP License in state of TX

Full license with American Speech and Hearing Association within one year of hire
