L&D / PP / MB RN ⚡ Auto Offer Based on Prescreen Recommendation 📝 OR License NOT required at time of submission ➡ 90-Day Emergency License can be requested upon offer ➡ Can submit with license pending Unit Details 9 L&D beds 1 OR suite 2 Triage beds 4 Postpartum beds 850–900 births per year Ratios follow AWHONN guidelines Required Certifications BLS ACLS STABLE Required Skills Circulate and/or scrub for C-sections Must titrate drips Common Drips: Pitocin LR Fentanyl Labetalol Patient Types LDRP Obstetrical emergencies Hypertension Hemorrhage Staffing & Support Charge Nurse & House Supervisor OB Techs on unit OB/Neonatologist not in-house 24/7 RT Equipment: 2 vents, 2 Bubble CPAP Telemetry available RNs read OB strips Monitor techs available upstairs if needed EFM System: GE Centricity Schedule 12-hour AM/PM shifts Core schedule in place Every other weekend (or 1 weekend based on seniority) Holiday per ONA contract 2x 12-hour call shifts every 4 weeks Additional Info Closed unit (no floating unless emergency) Scrubs provided (Purple) Full unit-specific orientation provided
