Overview:
We are currently connecting with experienced Registered Nurses interested in potential upcoming opportunities with an established outpatient cardiology clinic on Long Island, NY. This role would support cardiac diagnostic testing and clinic operations in a weekday, outpatient setting.

This posting is intended to gauge interest, experience, and compensation expectations prior to the official release of the position.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outpatient cardiac testing, which may include:
  • Exercise stress testing
  • Stress echocardiography
  • Nuclear stress testing (if applicable)
• Monitor patients during procedures (ECG, vitals, symptoms)
• Administer medications as ordered (including pharmacologic stress agents if applicable)
• Provide patient education and pre/post-procedure instructions
• Support cardiology providers during clinic visits
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety protocols
• Coordinate with technologists and clinical staff

Qualifications

• Active RN license (NY or ability to obtain)
• Experience in cardiology, cardiac stress testing, telemetry, ICU, or related field
• ACLS certification preferred
• Experience with stress testing preferred; nuclear experience a plus
• Strong patient assessment and monitoring skills

Schedule & Setting

• Outpatient cardiology clinic
• Monday–Friday schedule (no nights or major holidays expected)
• Long Island, NY
