Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily patient rounds to promote excellence in customer service, proactively identifying and addressing patient needs to ensure optimal satisfaction and outcomes.
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care that address each patient’s physical, psychological, social, educational, developmental, and rehabilitative needs. Care planning reflects sensitivity to age, cultural background, socioeconomic factors, lifestyle, and personal beliefs.
- Establish measurable goals, implement evidence-based nursing interventions, and continuously evaluate patient progress to achieve desired outcomes. Actively participate in discharge planning to support safe transitions of care.
- Promptly assess and manage patient-reported pain and symptoms, intervening in accordance with established clinical standards and reassessing to ensure effective relief.
