First 2 weeks on orientation is LESS PAY

• VNA is home based skilled nursing. It's very similar to hospice but the patient is expected to improve rather than expire at the end of care
• Monday-Friday, 8-4:30p for 40 hrs/wk, 13 weeks
• 4-5 location visits/day
• Could go into homes and assisted living facilities for patients
• Must have at least 1 year skilled nursing experience and some home health experience as well
• Coverage area: Natick-Framingham area
