Location: Greenbelt, MD (Service Area: Montgomery, Prince George’s, Charles & St. Mary’s Counties)
Position Type: 13 Weeks (40 Hours Expected)
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM)
Start Date: 03/16/2026

Job Description:
• Certifications: BLS required
• License: Maryland RN license or Compact license required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years Home Health RN experience required; first-time travelers accepted with OASIS E experience
• EMR: OASIS E & HCHB PointCare EMR experience required
• Provides skilled nursing care in adult and geriatric home health settings
• Performs admission assessments, case management, and documentation per OASIS guidelines
• Manages wound care, wound VACs, central lines, ports, IV therapy, catheter care, and infusion/pump teaching
• Experience with CHF, diabetes, HTN, cancer, infections, joint replacement, and wound care
• Float to other zip codes within the assigned county may be required based on patient needs
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
• Uses personal vehicle; Mileage reimbursed at $0.58/mile from first to last patient visit

• Local candidates within 60 miles accepted at a lower rate
• Two supervisor references required
• No RTO permitted during the first two weeks of the assignment
