Weekly Pay Package:

W2 Wage (RT+OT based on expected hrs): $1,188.00

Nontaxable Weekly PerDiem: $1,372.00

Total Weekly Gross Pay Package: $2,560.00

Job Description:
• License: Active Washington RN license or Compact RN license required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required (AHA)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of Critical Care / CCU experience in a hospital setting required
• Provides direct, individualized critical care nursing to ICU/CCU patients
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Administers medications via oral, subcutaneous, and IV routes; monitors and reports adverse reactions
• Performs hemodynamic monitoring, phlebotomy, IV therapy, and manages life-support equipment
• Interprets cardiac rhythms, central venous pressures, ventilator data, and other electronic monitoring systems
• Responds to life-saving and emergency situations per nursing standards and protocols
• Educates patients and families on illness, treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care
• Documents all patient care accurately and timely using Meditech EMR
