Work Experience

Full-time Nephrology position
Mix of outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, and dialysis rounding
Outpatient clinic volume varies by schedule
No surgical or procedural volume beyond nephrology related tasks
Open to nurse practitioners and physician assistants with at least 1-2 years of nephrology experience
Requires board certification and an active New York license
Independent, physician-owned multi-specialty group with 35+ locations across the Hudson Valley
Collaborative nephrology team with physicians, APPs, and dialysis staff
Access to virtual or AI-powered scribe support
Base salary starting range: $145K-$155K
