Cath Lab Technologist
Full Time | $40.08 to $64.13 per hour | Up to $30,000 Retention Bonus
Requirements to apply
- Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology, or related allied health program
- Active ARRT, RCIS, or equivalent cath lab credential
- Previous cardiac catheterization lab experience required
- Experience supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures
- Ability to participate in rotating call schedule
- Strong teamwork, communication, and patient care skills

Job Overview
The Cath Lab Technologist plays a critical role in supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. This role assists physicians during cardiac catheterizations, interventional cardiology cases, and emergent procedures while maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
The team primarily performs procedures under conscious sedation, with anesthesia support available when clinically indicated. When procedural volume is low, technologists remain engaged in departmental projects, equipment checks, inventory management, continuing education, and quality initiatives.
Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week: Four 10-hour shifts
- Rotating on-call coverage
- On-call pay: $10.00 per hour
- Shift differentials available:
- Weekend: $2.50 per hour
- Evening: $6.00 per hour
- Additional differentials may apply
