Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide rehabilitation therapy services in a skilled nursing environment. This is a short-term contract position with guaranteed hours, ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience or supplement their schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing patient care plans.
• Provide skilled rehabilitation therapy to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the therapy team.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and facility protocols.
• Support patient mobility, activities of daily living, and functional outcomes under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Current and active state license required.
• Less than 1 year of experience acceptable; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts as needed.
