Title: Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical (Surgical Nursing Unit)
Location: Minot, ND
Position Type: 13 Weeks (48 Hours Guaranteed)
Shift: Day Shift – 4x12s (Alternating Schedule)
Start Date: 03/23/2026
Weekly Pay Package:

W2 Wage (RT+OT based on expected hrs): $2,262.00

Nontaxable Weekly PerDiem: $1,246.00

Total Weekly Gross Pay Package: $3,508.00

Job Description:
• License: Current or Temporary North Dakota RN license or Compact RN license required
• Certifications: BLS required; NIHSS required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years recent Med/Surg experience preferred; travel experience preferred
• EMR: Cerner experience required
• Provides direct nursing care to adult Med/Surg patients in the Surgical Nursing Unit
• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and develops individualized plans of care
• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital policy
• Monitors patient condition, recognizes changes, and escalates care appropriately
• Coordinates interdisciplinary care and ensures accurate documentation

Additional Notes: • 48 hours guaranteed per week (4x12s only) • Alternating schedule – traveler will have two days off between any shift changes • No blocked schedules accepted • Subject to float as needed • Every other holiday (EOH) • 2 out of 4 weekends required
