JA3
Responsible for all aspects of the reprocessing of re-usabale instrumentation and supplies. Ensures sterile items are delivered to the right place, at the right time, in the right condition and is the right item. Sterile processing includes Decontamination, Preparation, Sterilization, and Storage of processed items. Responsible for monitoring, testing, and record maintenance of the processes.
Facility Requirements:
- Must have their Sterile Tech certification, Must be currently certified in IAHCSMM, ASHCSP
- Must have BLS certification, this must be attached to the submission (Must be through the American Heart Association)
- Must have 2 years Sterile Tech recent experience in a hospital setting
- This will be for 8 hour shifts
- Must have the SageWest coversheet attached to the candidate profile
