Travel Echo Technologist – Bismarck, ND

Gross Pay: $3,566/week

Start Date: 3/2

Assignment Length: 13 weeks

Position Overview

A respected medical center in Bismarck, ND is seeking an experienced Travel Echo Tech with strong pediatric competency to join their cardiovascular imaging team. This is a weekday, day‑shift schedule offering excellent pay and a supportive environment for advanced cardiac sonographers. The ideal candidate is confident performing a full range of adult and pediatric echocardiographic studies and can work independently in a busy diagnostic setting.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of recent Echo Tech experience
  • Active BLS
  • RDCS‑PE credential via ARDMS (Pediatric Echo required)
  • Strong pediatric echocardiography experience
  • Ability to work 5×8 day shifts
  • Excellent communication and patient‑care skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑quality pediatric and adult echocardiograms, including 2D, Doppler, and color flow studies
  • Support pediatric cardiac imaging needs with accuracy and clinical expertise
  • Assist with stress echos and contrast studies as needed
  • Ensure patient comfort, safety, and proper positioning
  • Collaborate with cardiologists, pediatric specialists, and clinical staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow all facility and ARDMS standards
