Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist (RCIS / RRT / ARRT) to support a high-quality cardiac catheterization laboratory performing both elective and emergent interventional procedures. This role involves scrubbing and assisting physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures, including PCI, STEMI, and device implant cases.

The ideal candidate will have strong cath lab technical skills, excellent rhythm interpretation ability, and experience supporting high-acuity cardiovascular patients.

Unit Type: Inpatient Cardiac Cath Lab

Key Responsibilities

Scrub and assist with cardiac catheterization procedures
Perform left and right heart catheterizations
Assist with PCI, balloon angioplasty, stents, and thrombectomy
Support Impella and IABP insertions
Obtain and monitor patient vitals and hemodynamics
Interpret cardiac rhythms during procedures
Maintain sterile field and procedural flow
Assist physicians during emergent STEMI cases
Ensure accurate documentation in Epic

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience
Experience with:
- Scrubbing procedures
- PCI and balloon angioplasty
- Stent placement
- Thrombectomy
- Impella insertion
- Left & right heart catheterizations
- Rhythm interpretation
- Inpatient cath lab workflows

Required Certifications & Licensure

ACLS
RCIS or RRT or ARRT
New Hampshire State License

Preferred Skills & Experience

Electrophysiology procedures
Pacemaker and ICD placements
Ablations and cardioversions
Hemodynamic monitoring
Cardiac mapping
Arrhythmia induction
EPIC documentation
Mac Lab experience
