Job Details:

Job Title: LCSW/ LMSW

Facility Name: Columbia Correctional Institution

Location: 2925 Columbia Drive, Portage, WI 53901

Contract Duration: 26 Weeks

Shift: Day

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual clinical counseling and therapeutic interventions
Conduct psychosocial assessments and clinical diagnoses
Develop, implement, and update treatment plans
Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as needed

Required Qualifications

Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)/ Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license in Wisconsin
Formal training and experience in clinical counseling/therapy
Strong diagnostic, treatment planning, and crisis intervention skills
Ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment
