Home Health RN – M–F Days |

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift: 8-hour Days
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Required Experience

Recent Home Health experience (2024–2025 REQUIRED)
HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) documentation experience REQUIRED
- No exceptions
- Manager may consider without HCHB at reduced rate for first 2 weeks if willing to train
