Description
Job Title: OR RN
Location: Atlanta, georgia 30303
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12-hour Days | 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Schedule Requirements: Call required; weekends & holidays as needed; No block scheduling
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN-OR) for a 13-week contract assignment at a high-acuity facility in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, prior travel experience, and Level 1 trauma experience. Burn experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room
- Circulate surgical procedures in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical team members
- Ensure adherence to sterile technique and safety protocols
- Participate in call rotation, weekends, and holiday coverage as required
Requirements:
- Active RN License
- BLS, ACLS
- Previous travel nursing experience (required)
- Level 1 Trauma experience (required)
- Strong OR clinical skills
- Burn experience preferred
- Must be flexible with scheduling (No block scheduling available)
