Clinical Support:
- Clinical Specialist (M–F, 8-hour shifts)

- Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
- Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
- Post-surgical patients

Respiratory Therapy: Not on-site 24/7 (nurses perform treatments)

Scheduling

Shift Length: 12-hour shifts (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM / 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
Scheduling: Managed by unit manager
- Travelers’ requests are considered
- Flexibility requested due to staffing shortages
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Holiday Requirement: Rotated with permanent staff
Call/Standby: None

- Residential Care Unit (Assisted Living)

Dress Code

Scrubs: Lime Green and Black
- Travelers must have at least some green visible
CNAs wear blue

Orientation

Skip Day 1 of general orientation
Attend Days 2 & 3 of general orientation
3 days of unit-specific orientation
- Night shift staff: 1 day shift + 2 night shifts

Infection Control

No separate COVID unit
PPE Used: N95
