Description

Contract Length: 13 weeks
· Start Date: ASAP
· Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36hrs
· Primary Location: AWH Emergency Department
· Shift Requirements: 12 hour variable shifts. Majority 0500-1700, 0900-2100, 1000-2200, 1100-2300 with the ability to flex to 1400-0200 and 1700-0500 occasionally. PM Shift would start 11am or 2pm.
· Float requirements: May be required to float to other locations: Merrill, Antigo, Medford and Stanley.
· On Call/Call Back Requirements: 12 hours in a 6 week period. Response time: 30 Min. Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours

Required Certifications: WI RN License, BLS, ACLS, TNCC and PALS · Minimum Experience: 5 years - must have at least one year of travel experience- FIRM required. Trauma Level II experience required. · Charting Experience: EPIC required · Unit Information: Trauma level II, 18 bed unit, stroke certified, cardiac, neuro, pediatrics, geriatrics, respiratory, etc. Very face-paced environment. 3-4 pts per nurse. Epic computer charting. Pyxis medication dispenser. RNs draw labs, lab in house, RN does neb treatments. RT in house. Xray staff on site in ED.
