ASAP Start Date Required Must be experienced in full patient flow: check-in, pre/post care, and discharge No local candidates (must live 50+ miles away; permanent address required on submission) Care Management: RN must demonstrate clinical competence using the nursing process—assessing patient needs, creating and implementing care plans, and evaluating/revising plans based on patient progress. Speare OB Unit Capabilities: Manages high-risk pregnancies including preterm labor, hypertension, diabetes, VBAC, prenatal testing, amniocentesis, and childbirth education.
