Scheduling Requirements
- 3 shifts per week (12 hours each)
- Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends (4 shifts) per 4-week schedule
Floating Policy
- Contract staff are first to float
- Floating follows rotation when multiple contract staff are scheduled
Patient Care Expectations
- Provide attentive, compassionate, and patient-centered care
- Perform bedside shift reports
- Build personal connections with patients and family members
- Actively involve patients and families in the plan of care
Hospital Designations
- Comprehensive Stroke Center
- ACS Verified Level II Trauma Center
- Certified Chest Pain Center
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- Active RN License
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
Requested Skill Set
- Med/Surg experience
- Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
- IV starts
- Basic wound care
- Management of surgical drains
- Nasogastric tubes
- Chest tubes
Advanced Skills
- None required
Dress Code
- Scrubs: Navy blue (tops and bottoms)
