Hours: 36 hours/week
Shift: 12-Hour Day Shift
Shift Time: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekend Rotation: Every 4th weekend
Schedule Cycle: Every 6 weeks

📞 Call & Holiday Requirements

Call Requirement:

• Average of 6 call shifts per 6-week schedule
• 45-minute response time
• Call shifts: 11p–7a or 7a–7p / 7p–7a on weekends

• 19 OR Suites (17 rooms blocked daily)
• Average 50 cases per day
• First-time travelers: Not accepted
• Minimum Experience Required: 5 Years

• ✅ Requirements

• Licensure:
• Active NC RN License
• Certifications:
• BLS (Required)
• CNOR (Preferred, not required)
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years OR experience
• Must be able to circulate in all listed specialties
• Night shift RNs must have Charge RN experience & scrubbing proficiency
• Preferred Skills:
• Laparoscopic & open belly cases
• Ortho trauma
• Cysto
• Vascular
• Robotics experience (plus)
• Candidate Qualities:
• Flexible

• Strong team player
• Able to adapt to emergent case needs
