Required Qualifications

Minimum 18 months recent Dialysis experience
Must have 18 months permanent Dialysis experience PRIOR to travel
Active Ohio RN License in hand
OR
Active Compact (Multistate) RN License in hand
BLS – AHA or American Red Cross
ACLS – AHA or American Red Cross
ONE recent reference from a Manager, ANM, Supervisor, or Director in Dialysis specialty (required for submission)
