Description
Minimum Experience: 1 year
Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics
Certifications Required: BLS
General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Main OR for General, Neuro, Spine, Ortho, Robotics, Urology, Vascular, Colorectal;
Circulate and Scrub experience required
Ratio / Census: 16 Rooms with average daily census of 35
Unit Systems: Epic, Pyxis, 2 Davinci XI Robots
Scrub Color: Provided by facility
RTO Blackout Dates: Spring Break (April 4th-12th)
Weekends: 2–3 weekends per 8 week schedule, either in-house or on call
Floating: Rare, but within facility/scope of practice as needed
Call Requirements: 7-8 calls in a 8 Week Schedule, 1 weekend call and 1-2 weekend shift
Call shifts are either C1: 7 p.m.–7 a.m. or C2: 7 a.m.–7 p.m.
Additionally, you will take 2–3 weekday night call shifts during the same 8 week period.
