Description

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 year (2+ preferred), teaching & community hospital experience required.
Certifications: RRT, BLS, ACLS, GA State License (NRP & PALS preferred).
Skills:
- Ventilator management, high frequency oscillator, BiPAP/CPAP, mechanical ventilation troubleshooting.
- Medicated aerosol treatments, Nitric Oxide, Ketamine, Albuterol, Mucomyst, etc.
- Airway management: extubation, nasal/oral airway placement, suctioning.
- Neonatal/pediatric procedures: ECMO, umbilical blood gases, high-risk deliveries.
- Equipment: Puritan Bennett, Servo I, GE Care Fusion.
- ABG interpretation, bronchoscopy care.
Patient Population: Neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics.

Schedule & Coverage

Nights: 3x12-hour shifts
Floating within facility as needed
Every other weekend required
Holidays: Must work major holidays as outlined
