Registered Nurse – Home Health

📍 Owings Mills, MD (Carroll County coverage + support for Baltimore County)

📅 Start Date: 03/16/2026

🕒 Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
📌 Schedule: 5x8 Days

Position Overview

Home Health RN covering primarily Carroll County with support in Baltimore County.
Productivity expectation: 30 points per week
Average daily visits: 6 patients/day
Patient Population: Adults & Geriatrics
Locals Accepted

Required Qualifications

2–3 years recent skilled Home Health experience
Strong OASIS documentation experience
Prior acute or long-term care experience
MD RN License (or Compact)
BLS Certification
Valid Driver’s License + Auto Insurance
Reliable Vehicle
Travel experience required

Clinical Skills Required

Start of Care, Recert, Resumption of Care
Wound care & Wound VAC
IV therapy & infusion
Medication administration (IM, IV, SQ)
Catheter care, G-tube, NG tube
Tracheostomy & Oxygen management
Pain management & PCA
Case management & discharge planning
OASIS documentation
