• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg/Telemetry/PCU
• Contract: 13 weeks

Schedule

• Shift: Nights – 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Hours: 12-hour shifts, 36-hour guarantee
• Weekends: Every other weekend + holiday coverage as required
• On-Call: TBD
• 48-hour guarantee: Not available
• OT: Paid at regular rate (no multiplier)

Unit Details

• Type: Adaptive Acuity Unit (must provide PCU care when needed – 3:1 ratio)
• Med Surg Ratio: 1:5
• Beds: 25
• Floating: Must float to any inpatient unit within scope

Required Experience & Skills

• 2+ years current Med Surg/Tele experience (required)
• PCU experience (strongly required)
• Charge Nurse experience (required – non-negotiable)
• Drip experience (required)
• Minimum 3 months prior travel experience (required)
• ICU experience (strongly preferred)
• Small critical access hospital experience (preferred)

Licensure & Certifications

• Vermont RN License or Compact (required)
• BLS (AHA) – required
• ACLS (AHA) – required
