Description

OB / L&D RN – Small Unit Coverage

Unit Overview

OB nurse needed; approximately 15–17 births per month
RN will cover:
- Labor & Delivery
- Mother–Baby
- Newborn Nursery
- Couplet Care
- Gynecology surgery patients
May float to Med/Surg if no OB patients
- If not comfortable taking Med/Surg patients, RN will assist with vitals, meds, and support tasks

Required Certifications

BLS
NRP
Fetal Heart Monitoring (required for L&D and OB units)
