Job Title: RN – Telemetry – Registry
Location: Pompton Plains, NJ 07444
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 36 hours per week | 3 shifts per week
 

Compensation Package

• Gross Weekly Pay: $2,353
• Weekly Stipend: $1,561
• W2 Hourly Rate: $22/hour

Key Responsibilities

Patient Assessment & Care Delivery

• Perform thorough, systematic, and accurate nursing assessments.
• Deliver age-appropriate care across the lifespan (Pediatric to Geriatric).
• Provide direct patient care in alignment with the nursing process and telemetry standards.
• Prioritize patient care needs and respond effectively to changes in condition.

Clinical Skills & Monitoring

• Demonstrate strong telemetry and cardiac monitoring skills.
• Interpret and respond to dysrhythmias appropriately.
• Maintain proficiency with emergency equipment and procedures.
• Utilize safe patient handling and transfer techniques.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation.
• Document patient education, assessments, and progress toward outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital policies and HIPAA guidelines.

Professionalism & Collaboration

• Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and team members.
• Promote a patient-centered, team-based care environment.
• Demonstrate accountability and commitment to clinical excellence.

Safety & Quality

• Follow National Patient Safety Goals and Universal Protocol.
• Use two patient identifiers consistently.
• Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and quality care.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN License (NJ or compact eligible)
• BLS Certification (AHA)
• Dysrhythmia Certification
• Minimum 1 year acute care hospital experience
• Strong telemetry experience required
