Off Shift Patient Care Manager No direct reports. Support the staff as needed on the units they are covering Experience or 'Must have' skills: • conflict resolution and mediation between staff or patients. • Able to quickly identify and address operational and clinical issues. • Understanding of nursing practice and standards in addition to abiding by the respective collective bargaining agreements.
