Looking for skilled ICU Registered Nurse looking for your next travel assignment? Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown, New York is now hiring for a 13-week ICU contract! This is a Night Shift position with guaranteed hours and great pay. If you’re ready to take on a rewarding challenge in critical care, apply today!

Position Details:

Shift Type: Night shift
Schedule: Deferred Schedule (12-hour shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call required)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Contract Duration: 13 weeks (03/16/2026 - 06/14/2026)

Requirements:

Current RN License (NY state)
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
At least 1 successful traveler assignment (new travelers not considered)
Critical care experience preferred
BLS & ACLS required
PALS preferred
Coronary care course or successful completion of challenge exam during orientation period
Basic lethal dysrhythmia within six months of employment
NIHSS certification within the first 6 months of employment
Must be able to perform patient assessments, provide quality care, and function well in stressful situations
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
