RN/LPN – LTC/TCU | 12H Nights

Shift: 6:30p–7:00a

Facility Overview

110-bed facility
Patient population: Geriatrics, post-acute Med/Surg
EMR: Meditech & Caretracker

Unit Details

LTC Ratios: 1:38 nights
TCU Ratios: 1:15 nights

CNA support: 1:18 nights
Traveler may act as Charge Nurse
Floating required between TCU & LTC
No telemetry

Skills Required

IV therapy
Central line care
Chest tube maintenance
Wound care
Tube feedings / TPN
Drain management

Requirements

RN or LPN license
BLS certification
1 year experience accepted
First-time travelers considered (LTC/SNF experience preferred)

Schedule & Expectations

Every other weekend as needed
No call
1–2 shifts orientation
Scrubs: Navy blue
Free parking
