Description

Specialty: Behavioral Health RN
Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric
Average Daily Census: 20 patients
RN to Patient Ratio: 1:9 (based on census)
Average Length of Stay: 5–7 days
EMR: EPIC

We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health RN with strong de-escalation skills and recent travel experience. This is a fast-paced behavioral health unit requiring confident clinicians who can manage agitated patients and maintain therapeutic patient interactions.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of Behavioral Health Unit experience
Experience caring for Pediatric, Adolescent, and Adult patients
Recent travel experience
Demonstrated experience with de-escalation of agitated patients
Active CPI or NAPPI/Welle de-escalation certification (REQUIRED)
EPIC experience (required)
Traveler must have their own vehicle (firm requirement)
