Sleep Technologist (RPSGT)

Location: Somerville, MA
Start Date: March 16
Schedule: 3x12s – 36 hours/week, Night Shift

Amergis is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) to join our Somerville sleep team. This night‑shift role is ideal for a tech who can work independently and deliver high‑quality patient care in a collaborative sleep lab environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct overnight polysomnographic studies following AASM standards.
• Prepare and calibrate sleep study equipment; ensure accurate signal acquisition.
• Monitor patient safety and data quality throughout the study.
• Score studies and generate clear, accurate reports.
• Document procedures and findings in Epic EMR (preferred).
• Follow all safety, compliance, and infection‑control protocols.

Required Qualifications:

• Active RPSGT certification (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist).
• Current BLS or willingness to obtain during onboarding.
• Epic experience (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and manage night‑shift workflow.
• Any scrub color permitted.
• Flu vaccine required
  • Medical and religious exemptions available.
• COVID‑19 vaccine not required
  • Declination accepted.
