Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical
Location: Atlanta, Georgia 30303
Schedule: Night shift – 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)
Duration: 8 weeks

Unit: High-acuity Surgery/Trauma floor

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the specialty
BLS required
ACLS preferred
EPIC experience required
No requested time off (RTO) allowed
Must be willing to work assigned shifts (no block scheduling)

Patient Population:

Spinal and neuro trauma patients
Post-surgical trauma cases
Gunshot wounds
Quadriplegic and paraplegic patients

Unit Support & Staffing:

Patient ratio: 5:1
Nursing support technicians available
Phlebotomists available
Unit secretary on night shift
Nurse handoff completed by ED nurse and admitting unit
