Must Have Skills
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Strong patient advocacy and commitment to patient- and family-centered care
Key Responsibilities
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the care team
• Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the care continuum
• Participate in performance improvement and shared governance activities
• Support professional growth through mentorship and preceptorship
• Uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards
• Comply with all and code of conduct
Key Requirements:
Education:
• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
Experience:
• Direct patient care experience preferred
Additional Requirements:
• Ability to work Night Shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
