Description

Class/Area: RN/OR

Desired Start Date: 3/16

Length of Assignment: 16 weeks

Hours per Week: 40 hours Shift and Time: 700-1730; 10 hour days

Schedule Details: Rotating shifts Mon-Fri Weekend Rotation: Yes, on call

On-call Requirements: Yes

Holidays Requirements: required for on-call

Floating Requirements: floating required to Endo on rare occasion

Experience Required: 1+ year of OR Circulating experience

Experience Preferred: 3+ years License

Required: AK License- must have active license at time of submittal Certificates Required: PALS, BLS, ACLS
