Description

Shift: 07:30 – 16:30 | Monday – Friday

Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience required
• Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) in the state of New York required
• BLS Certification required (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross)

Required Experience:
• Experience beyond outpatient physical therapy (e.g., ergonomic evaluations, OSHA trainings, functional capacity evaluations, return-to-duty clearances)
• Focus on injury prevention, early intervention, and facilitating faster return-to-work
• Work hardening program experience

Preferred Experience:
• Occupational medicine / industrial setting experience
• OSHA & ergonomics experience
• Early symptom intervention
• Ability to work independently

Typical Day:
• Rounding on warehouse floors and evaluating workers
• Coordinating with HR/business partners
• Conducting follow-ups with workers in a clinic setting
