Job description:

MedAdventures is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Newton, MA. This is a great opportunity to support patients in their rehabilitation journey and work alongside an experienced therapy team in a collaborative care environment.

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility.

Schedule: Full time- Varies based on clinic hours.

Pay: $54-57/hr Rates are negotiable based on experience. Weekly Pay.

Duration: Direct Hire or contractor. You choose!

Must-Have Qualifications

Please apply ONLY if you meet all of the following requirements:

Active Physical Therapy license in MA (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
Physical Therapy Degree
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and create personalized treatment plans
Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, and independence
Provide hands-on therapy and guided exercises
Educate patients and families on safe movement and home programs
Work closely with the care team to support patient goals
Track and document progress in patient records
