The Radiology Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures to support accurate diagnosis and treatment. This role works collaboratively with radiologists, physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare team members to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform all radiologic procedures offered by the department on neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Follow exam protocols and maintain accurate documentation in the EMR (Epic experience required).
• Analyze scans and ensure technical quality; process images and verify identification and side labeling.
• Assist radiologists, physicians, nursing, and hospital staff with imaging services.
• Maintain equipment and department environment to ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Verify patient identification, orders, and clinical history before exams.
• Transport patients and coordinate with nursing units regarding patient movement.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in compliance with HIPAA.
• Apply radiation safety measures in accordance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Complete daily equipment checks, inventory, and supply replenishment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• CRT
• ARRT
• RTF (Fluoroscopy)
• Current BLS
• EPIC experience required.
• Minimum 5+ years of Radiology Technologist experience.
