Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Geriatric and Adults

Weekend Hours: Policy requires all staff to work at least 2 weekend shifts per month

Call Requirements: None

Float Requirements: As needed per Facility Needs

Common Diagnosis/Treatment: ESRD, Peritoneal Dialysis, Hemodialysis 

Number of Beds: 24

Patient Ratios: 1:4 – 1:6

Equipment: VS machine, Bladder Scanner, Lifts, Thermal Imaging, IV pumps/tubes

EHR: Cerner

Requirements:

Must live 100+ Miles from the facility 

1-2YRS+ Exp Working in Specialty 

1-2YRS+ Working in Med Surge

1-2YRS+ Exp Working Only in Acute Care Setting 

ACTIVE BLS (AHA)

Preferred Skillset/Experience: Charge Nurse preferred but not required. Nephrology experience preferred but not required
