Job Opportunity: RN - Behavioral Health

Location: Englewood, Colorado
Employment Type: Travel

Position Details

Specialty: Behavioral Health
Shift: Night shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 (includes weekend hours)
Number of Openings: 1
Unit: All 4 units in a 96-bed hospital (units have 20-26 patients each)
Patient Population: Adolescents (13-17 years old) and Adults (18+)
Patient Ratios:
- 1:12 on Adolescent, Adult Mental Wellness, and Adult Acute units
- 1:10 on Adult Dual Diagnosis/Substance Use Disorder (SUD) unit
Average Length of Stay: 7-10 days
EHR System: HCS
Float Requirements: May be required to float to all units if necessary
Call Requirements: On-call/text when shifts open or someone calls off

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Colorado
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 2 years of Behavioral Health nursing experience
Behavioral Health experience within the last year
De-escalation skills

Additional Information

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Dress Code: Navy scrubs
