Travel LPN - Clinic
Location: Columbia, PA
Duration: 10 weeks
Shift: 03:30PM-11:30PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Support both front and back office operations, including greeting and preparing patients for exams, scheduling appointments, and answering phones.
• Accurately measure and record vital signs, assist providers during exams and procedures, and ensure patients are well-prepared for clinical visits.
• Administer vaccines, medications, and perform blood draws in accordance with protocols.
• Enter visit notes and relevant patient information into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system promptly and accurately.
• Provide patient education on health issues, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Manage medical supply inventory, stock exam rooms, and perform clerical duties as needed.
• Support occupational health services such as drug screens, fit testing, respirator fit testing, and return-to-work physicals, including first aid and incident care.
• Conduct special testing including pulmonary function testing, hearing conservation, and work injury assessments.
• Maintain a safe clinical environment by adhering to all safety protocols and supporting workplace health initiatives like vaccine and lab administration.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid LPN/LVN license.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, paying close attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with EHR systems.
• Critical thinking and decisive judgment, with the ability to work independently.
• Experience in a clinical setting with familiarity in occupational health and wellness programs preferred.
• Flexibility to support scheduled and on-call responsibilities during designated shifts.
