Submission Requirements

Epic Experience: Required
Minimum Experience: 3 years (Required)
Unit Experience: Strong proficiency and experience in Cardiac/Telemetry and Med-Tele units (Required)
Rhythm Interpretation: Must be fully comfortable interpreting, measuring, and documenting cardiac rhythms twice per shift per department expectations (Required)
Travel Experience: Highly preferred
Neuro/Stroke Experience: Highly preferred
Facility Disclosure: Please disclose any previous experience with Glens Falls Hospital or Albany Med on the candidate profile
Block Scheduling: Not permitted for this need
Compliance: Ensure all medical and vaccination requirements are reviewed and confirmed prior to upload to TRIO
Transportation: Traveler must have their own vehicle (Required)
