Description

Summary:

Provide direct patient care in a home health setting, delivering speech therapy services and collaborating with the care team to develop comprehensive care plans. Must work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Experience:

Minimum 2 years SLP Home Health experience
Acute care experience preferred

Required Education:

Master’s or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology
Clinical Fellow candidates accepted

Required Licenses & Certifications:

MA Speech and Language Pathologist license (active at profile upload)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) – required
BLS (AHA) – current
Valid driver’s license

Other Important Requirements:

Must have personal vehicle
Requested time off (RTO) must be included at submission; max 5 days allowed
Candidate cannot reside within 50 miles of the facility
