Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Carroll County, MD (Support for Baltimore County, MD)

Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5x8s)

Schedule & Call

• Primarily Monday–Friday
• Weekend coverage possible (not routine)
• On-call may be required if needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN License or Compact RN License
• 2–3 years of Home Health experience (required)
• OASIS documentation experience (required)
• Travel experience (required)
• BLS Certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle & auto insurance

Clinical Skills Required

• Start of Care (SOC), Recertification, Resumption of Care
• Admission assessments & case management
• OASIS documentation
• Medication administration (IM, SQ, IV infusions)
• IV starts & central line/port management
• Wound care & Wound VAC management
• G-tube, NG tube, and feeding tube management
• Catheter insertion & management (urinary & suprapubic)
• Tracheostomy & ventilator management
• Oxygen therapy & nebulizer teaching
• Pain management & hospice care
• Blood glucose monitoring & insulin management
• Pressure ulcer staging & prevention
• Infection control & clinical documentation
• Post-death protocols

Preferred Experience

• Trauma Level I or II
• LTAC background
• Community hospital experience
